Salus Yoga Pilates Auckland Survival Guide


Although we can provide mats, we strongly recommend that your bring your own for hygiene. We also recommend that you wear something comfortable such as tee-shirts, loose pants, etc. It is suggested that you do not eat anything 2 hours prior to the class. Bring plenty of water and a towel.
